Our professional staff understands and applies the requirements specified in AICPA auditing standards, guides, procedures, statutes, rules and regulations. The Firm successfully completed the most recent independent review of its system of quality control under the auspices of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants Private Companies Practice Section in November, 2006. Peer review is one of the requirements for membership in the Division, which was organized in 1977. We are a member because we believe that anything a firm can do to improve quality should be done.

The peer reviewer's report expressed an unqualified opinion that the Firm's system of quality control met the requirements of the quality control standards for an accounting and auditing practice established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. All of the Firm's accountants meet the independence requirements as established under our quality control system.
